Robin W. Klein has been practicing family law, exclusively, for over 12 years. She is board certified in family law and is trained in mediation. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Klein had a successful career as a pharmaceuticals sales representative.

Ms. Klein earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2004. In 2015, Ms. Klein earned the designation of being Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; an accomplishment that only 1% of the family lawyers in Texas have achieved.

As a divorced single mom of two grown children, Ms. Klein understands the challenges that her client’s face while navigating the terrain of a divorce. Ms. Klein believes that no two cases are alike. Every client has a special set of circumstances that affect their marriage and children. It is hard enough to get through the emotional aspect of divorce while making life long decisions about your financial future, marital property division and most importantly your children.

Ms. Klein is dedicated to helping her client’s get through the legal process so they can begin the next chapter of their life. She listens and will give your case the attention it needs. Ms. Klein has experience and knowledge to look at each case individually and can often find creative solutions to conflicts such as custody, possession and access, child support and property division.

Ms. Klein understands that some cases need to go trial, however that is not always the best scenario when dealing with sensitive, personal issues in family law cases. Ms. Klein is very successful in negotiating a final resolution that benefits her clients and their family. She will help you do a risk assessment when developing your goals towards a temporary and final resolution.

Ms. Klein recently completed her mediation training from the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center at the University of Houston Law Center. The majority of the Courts that hear family law cases require mediation prior to any contested hearing. Ms. Klein has the experience and training to successfully mediate even the toughest of cases. Ms. Klein is available to provide you with legal representation to protect you, your children and your assets.

Robin W. Klein has lived in Houston for the majority of her life. She grew up in the Alief area and graduated from Alief Elsik High School. Robin graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. After a successful career as a pharmaceuticals representative, Robin attended South Texas College of Law where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence.

As a single mom of two grown children, Robin understands the challenges that clients endure when faced with heart wrenching issues regarding children, divorce and financial struggles. Robin’s passion and insight guide others through the legal process by assisting her clients make decisions that will benefit them and their families now and in the future. Robin handles all aspects of family law cases in and out of the courtroom.
